Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. - Pet fee $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes -

Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.



- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.



- This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -

A lot of area beautification needs to be done. Ants, and bugs were present in full force. Location was nice. Comfort was fine. The over powering smell of cologne took some time getting used too. There is NO hot tub. There is but it’s not hooked up to gas or a heater unit.

The property looks much better in the pictures than in real life. The neighborhood is not great. The curb appeal is bad, the flower beds are terribly overgrown in the front and back and there were a lots of big lawn trash bags in the driveway by the garage.Inside we did not find things cleaned or supplied well. Only 3 hand towels for 6 guests? No washcloths. The owner was easy to communicate with and always answered right away. He did send Amazon with more hand towels and washcloths to the house, but we went 2 days without and had to wash them. 4 of the 6 beds we were sleeping in did not have top sheets, only the bottom sheet and a zip up comforter. Hard to know if they were cleaned, had some spots. He did have Amazon deliver some top sheets as well. There were used paper towels tucked into a sofa corner, dirty nightstands, a bug in the bed and unlabeled body wash, shampoo and conditioner in a shower. Kleenex and hand soap by the sinks would go a long way too. It has potential but needs more regular attention and much better cleaning. Not the TOP place it is marketed to be.

Not sure where to start with this review. The house is ok but definitely not what we expected. Landscaping was a nightmare long grass and looked like it wasn’t maintained for a while. When we initially booked one of the couple confirmed and kept telling me I owed the pet fee so I continued to ask her how to pay it… she kept saying “you need go thru the booking process” ugh so finally she figured out we were booked and the pet fee was paid. We paid for two nights but the master bedroom bed was so uncomfortable and the fan had not been dusted or cleaned. The wallpaper is coming off wall. So we left a day early it was not a comfortable stay. The pool was warm and neighbors had a trailer on the outside. Don’t get on the swim set it broke on our son (although it should not have been advised. The filters in the kitchen are not clean very dusty. Zero condiments even down to salt and pepper. We brought food to grill and didn’t even waste our time going to the store. No laundry detergent as well. No early check in as they told us housekeepers were there till 4 and even after we arrived they showed up with clean towels. I had to clean a toilet prior to that and did inform the housekeepers. Bring your own EVERYTHING first time in an air bnb like that sadly. Definitely an outdated home.
