The breakfast was the best of any motel I have ever stayed at. I don’t need a prepared breakfast, and like fruits and yogurt and nuts…..all of which our proud owner presented with a flourish. The unit was clean, mostly. A little tired with walls and bath needing a refresh, but I had no qualms about going barefoot. I wasn’t smitten upon arriving, as it had a run down appearance, so the clean and comfortable bed and breakfast made up for the flaws. Personally, I find things like heavy pretend velvet curtains a turn off and those were everywhere! We’re in the Berkshires, velvet isn’t a thing there…and it makes the room seem small. Two of the same pretend paintings on the wall is also a turn off. And, last, I’d recommend the owner refresh his lighting inside the rooms, so it is flattering and comfortable - we’re not performing surgery in the lav, tone it down and make your female guests feel good in there! Offer a little brighter bulbs on the lamps, with dimming feature, so you don’t need to glaring ceiling light to get dressed and unpack! These would go a long way to make this a terrific sweet local stay for parents visiting their Williams kids or those wanting to take in Mass MOCA in nearby No Adams. I sincerely wished we were staying longer so I could have taken the proprietor in hand and given him some decorating advice! Will I stay there again if in town, yes.
This is a magnificent breakfast offering. SO healthy yet not without something for the kids or muffin fans.

The room was small but perfectly fine for me, my wife, and our dog. It was very clean. Normally we ignore motel breakfasts but this one was outstanding with a huge spread of fresh fruit among other options. Staff was friendly. Easy to get to, and we would happily stay in the future.

Another lovely stay at The Willows

Another wonderful stay at the Willows. Very friendly staff - they welcomed me late in the evening. Wonderful breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. This no frills motel is close to the College and has very comfortable beds. Room was very clean. Look forward to staying with them again.

The place is clean, friendly and convenience. The property is well maintained and dog friendly. Love the fact that they are also very flexible with our schedule. They take pride of their property and take care of their guests. They put out nice breakfast for guests with fresh fruits and bakery. It is definitely a great place to stay at Williamstown. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

I stayed at Willows for the first time: I loved that they are pet friendly and offer breakfast. The breakfast options arranged by the friendly gentleman named Bhupinder was healthy and lovely, there was Panera-brand bread and bagel options. The room was very clean and that is my highest priority, the TV was nice with many channel offerings. The only thing I would ask to improve for motel level service is to have better quality shower soap. The soap is ok for handwashing but not for a shower. Bring your own soap.

The Willows Motel is a hidden Gem in Massachusetts. I spent a weekend in Williamstown at the Willows Motel and I have to say, everything was perfect. From the room to the staff, we were welcomed and well received. The breakfast was amazing and freshly done every morning. I felt at home away from home. I would return tomorrow morning if given the opportunity.

Staff Very eager to please. However the bath had no safety bars, many of the electric outlets did not work, the refrigerator was not working so my food was not safe to eat, Breakfast was excellent ~> beautiful spread of fresh fruit, cereal, breads/pastry, juice & coffee.
