This is a small, cute and simple hotel - nothing fancy, but also comfortable enough for a one-night stay. The owner Rocky is extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location is fine, just a few minutes away by car from Spring Street. The room was clean, the 2 beds comfortable, the AC worked fine, and the TV was good. Price was reasonable for the season, compared to other places in Williamstown. Thank you Rocky!

Prior to our arrival on a warm day, Rocky the proprietor, made sure he had the room's air conditioning running. We had a nice cool room after a hot motorcycle ride. There are also places in walking distance for breakfast, snacks/beer, and a few restaurants for dinner.

Owner very welcoming at check in, polite and pleasant. Room was a bit small, but spotless. Nicely decorated, interesting desk. Bed comfortable. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. A/C worked well , as did shower. Continental breakfast was pre-packaged pastries, but there was fresh fruit, cereal and a good selection of items to toast. A lovely little outdoor patio was accessible for breakfast. All in all a nice little motel.
