The staff was great! Breakfast was standard, well stocked. The rooms were not as clean as they could have been. The sheets were clean and I appreciated that the mattresses had zipped covers. There was no carpet in the rooms and it looked like it wasnt mopped between guests. As with most hotels now, you dont get maid service unless you request it. The towels were clean until the last day when I picked up a towel and it was streaked with something yellow, thankfully we were on our way out that day. The little restaurant mentioned in the other reviews has been closed for what looks like quite awhile. The motel was right across from the Ark but I wouldn't attempt crossing that road with kids, personally. Overall it wasnt terrible for a budget stay but I probably wouldnt stay there again.

We will definitely stay here again if we visit. We couldn't beat the price for staying four days. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was & the furniture was really well kept. It was a basic room but had a fridge, microwave & quiet. It was perfect for our stay.The lady working at the desk was very kind & helpful. Plus they even provided breakfast. On top of being right across from the Ark, you can't get better than that!.

I'm not one to do reviews on anything, but this will be my second "Thumbs Up" for Sunrise Inn Williamstown. So clean, so quiet and peaceful, awesome mattresses. All sums up to an incredible night's sleep.

The room was clean when we arrived and the bedsheets smelled like it was just washed with bleach not strong but clean smell. Breakfast was good, with fruits, boiled eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, coffee and tea included. For a small Inn, it's nice and very convenient if you are going to the Ark Encounter. Staff were nice and very friendly.

The room was clean and has nice floorings. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was dated though. Breakfast was mostly carbs. But what made my stay pleasant is the customer service at the front desk.
