This is the second time we have stayed at this property while attending the 40 days and nights of music at the Ark- lots of nice places to eat - Cracker Barrel , Kellie’s Homestead restaurant ( has themed dinners, Blue Grass Music shows which we did not attend - but they stayed open for us even though we arrived right before closing) , Bean’s (coffee shop)is a must ! Hubby had a hankering for Skyline Chili - waitress was phenomenal in her service.

The staff were really nice and helpful but the rooms were just average or maybe a little below average. The pillows were terrible and the sheets were clean but wrinkled. Everything was just a little aged. However, the room appeared clean. We were also disappointed with the breakfast they offered. Eggs and sausage but no biscuits and gravy. Most people were just making waffles from the two waffle makers. Felt like they were short on some breakfast foods that would have made it a good breakfast buffet.

MUSTY, DOUGHY, RIPOFF

We were meeting my wife's cousin I held a room for her, but she didn’t stay or cancel and I got charged for the room. I was very dissatisfied. There was a musty odor in the room and the waffles were doughy. I got charged for a room I was holding for somene else. How would you feel?

Carla, at the front desk was amazing, her smile lit up the room. Great quality for the money, breakfast buffet was amazing, only suggestion would be to update the bathtub/shower otherwise enjoyed my stay
