This motel is very clean and conveniently located to the downtown area. The owners are very friendly and you can tell they care about their property and their guests. The fire pit area is lovely along with the pool and grounds. Will stay here anytime I am in the area.

I absolutely love the Maple Terrace Motel. The rooms are spacious and incredible fresh and clean and the grounds are really beautiful sitting just beneath a gorgeous horse farm and large sweeping willow trees. The views are stunning and especially from the pool area and gorgeous fire pit and chair circle which is such a joy to sit in and observe the horses in the field or beautiful Berkshire sky above. The owners of this establishment are very welcoming and could not be nicer and are great to share information about the area. I would recommend the Maple Terrace Motel to anyone.

We stayed one night. It was a very easy check-in and out. Both individuals at the desk were pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel.
