Just be aware, the beds are comfortable, but super low, so if you have joint issues, the lowness might be a problem for you - other than that the place was ideal for a family gathering!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was spotless and it had everything we needed for our short stay. We were just in town visiting the Ark and it was only 5 minutes from there. We also enjoyed Edwardos Pizza which is right down the road. If we are ever in the are again, we will book this house again!

We had a great stay. Property was very clean and accommodating. It was absolutely what my family needed to enjoy our stay in Kentucky, while visiting the Ark. There was also a deer in the yard one evening as we returned home. Very quiet and peaceful area with lots of beautiful old houses.

Perfect Countryside Living

This is the perfect location to sit back and relax in the rolling hills of KY. It’s ideal for visiting the Ark, which is only a 10-15 min drive (no interstate needed!). Lush green grass in the yard for the kids to play. Wonderful deck to enjoy the mountain breeze. It was a wonderful stay.

Nice house - close to the ark!

We really liked our stay! The location was great for access to the Ark Encounter! The GPS directions to get there were a little tough to figure out due to a road being closed but we made it. The house was well stocked and very clean but my only suggestion would be that it could use window coverings, such as blackout curtains, in the bedrooms.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The manager provided all the necessary information to check in easily. The house was spotless! They provided good information about local restaurants and activities. The beds were comfortable. The area was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck and relaxing. I like the country setting, though close to town. The family water park was a hit for the 3 children. It's free, and we were the only ppl there. Edwardo's pizza was delicious. The Ark Encounter was only 10 minutes away. The RV market was very inexpensive and had good choices of food. Great trip!
