The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and accomodating. Breakfast was well displayed with a good assortment of healthy and hearty options and was well maintained. Our check in staff was very friendly and informative especially regarding the Ark Encounter next door and other local interests. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

We paid extra for a room with a view of the Ark. But, the Ark was really far away. This photo was taken with 10x zoom. It's not worth the extra that hotels.com charges. Get a larger room instead!

Overall, the hotel was pretty good. Apparently the truck with supplies did not arrive when it should have, so breakfast food was similar every day. Yogurts were kept in a bowl of ice, not a refrigerator like other of the Hampton Inns that we have been too. When I booked the room, it had free parking, when we arrived, there was a $7 charge per day for parking. Staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate our needs.

Breakfast menu was mediocre. The only fruit was oranges. No bananas or apples. No yogurts like all the other Hampton Suites where I previously stayed. This location was good. The area was good as well. The hotel was clean and the outside area was well maintained. The staff was friendly.

My room was on the ground floor near to the lobby and it was incredibly loud all night. I barely slept. The music that plays in the lobby was extremely loud and kept me up. Also breakfast was disappointing. Also frustrated about paid parking. This hotel was expensive. We should not have to pay for parking on top of that.
