I rented 3 rooms - in 1 room, the bedside table was covered in crumbs when I checked in, another room, the television did not work (it turned on but displayed a black screen). The breakfast had only decaf coffee for more than 20 minutes. The packaged breakfast offerings were fine, but the food prepared by the hotel was awful. Last year, my family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Is is under new management?

I was upset to see that the hotel bar set up was dark and not operational when I checked in. One of the main reason why I chose this location. You shouldn't advertise it if it isn't operational or able to be enjoyed during your stay. Other than that, the stay was excellent!!
