I only stayed one night at the Cozy Rest but it was a great night. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and cozy. The rooms are not large but there is a nice little balcony and sitting area outside each room that I spent some time working on my computer that evening before bed. The breakfast did not have a lot of options but the fruit was fresh and the hard boiled eggs were still warm. I will definitly stay here again when I am in the area.

I have given it excellent under every heading simply because this was one of the nicest motels I've ever stayed in - lovely people, a good rate, and very well equipped, comfortable rooms. What more could one want?

Great little motel. The owners have done a lot to up grade the rooms. Our bathroom had recently been redone. There was new carpeting and new refrig, microwave and Keurig. The entire property was well maintained. Would have loved to have had an earlier breakfast than 730, but then we are early risers and like to get on the road.

Wonderful and yes, cozy, atmosphere at this establishment -- a nicely updated, clean and well-maintained 2-story motel probably originally of mid 20th C architectural vintage. Excellent staff/proprietor who exudes a calm, polite and caring demeanor. Very enjoyable 2-night stay in the late spring of 2026. Good location -- particularly if one is interested in visiting nearby Clark Art Institute, Williams College or Mass MOCA in North Adams. Would highly recommend if looking for a colorful, convenient, clean place with character.
