The staff was friendly, and the room clean. If you're looking for modern convenience, this is the wrong hotel for you. If you're looking for historic charm, then this is it. Currently undergoing more renovations so they're even more historic. I love history and loved the room! Great view of the city too.

Very good experience. Only stayed overnight to attend a concert at the venue next door. Very reasonable with a great breakfast included. Staff friendly and accommodating with very clean rooms. The elevator situation was a bit inconvenient with one being out of order due to renovation but a minor thing and only temporary.

Staff were excellent as we had to change rooms because the room they gave us was so cold when we checked in and wasn't warming up. So no problem, they gave us another room which was very warm and actually larger than the first room. Quiet hotel and the bed was comfortable.

Although this is a old hotel, it is amazingly clean. The staff could not be friendlier and quite honestly one of the best breakfast you can get in this type of price range. They put Hampton Inn in the Marriotts to shame!
