The room was great for my husband and I to stay in for a wedding we were attending. We had a huge bathroom, king size comfy bed, and a great breakfast. The room and lobby were also very clean. The bonus was the mini convient store they have in the lobby.

Initially waited at front desk 25 minutes until someone arrived to check me in. Room was dirty, linens had a layer of dust on them and many were frayed. Floor had so much dust on it you left foot prints. Either the room lay dormant for a while and it wasn't refreshed or the cleaning staff should be fired. There are NO ice machines in the entire building. Breakfast was meager and limited with the only options waffles, toast packaged hard boiled eggs, 2 sugar coated cereals and instant oatmeal. TV worked, wifi was ok.

I was very disappointed with my stay. My room wasn't cleaned for three days, and I eventually had to request service. When housekeeping finally came, they left my door notably open and unlatched. As an international traveler with my passport and belongings inside, this was a massive violation of my safety. To make matters worse, the 'fresh' sheets were visibly dirty. I hope management takes these security and hygiene lapses seriously.
