Mr, Patel at the front desk was unwelcoming and a bit of a creep. He had questions to ask me and instead of calling up to the room to ask me, he used a master key to override the lock and force the door open. And oh yeah, the latch on the door, totally was broken. And when I contacted Hotels.com to report the incident and tell them I wanted to book another hotel because I didn’t feel safe, he repeatedly gave the agent false statement. There is so much wrong about this place, I don’t I don’t even know where to begin. But I do not recommend staying at the place.
Supposed to be able to latch the door for safety, but..
Placed in a room with latch missing and take it a step further, a staff member, front desk no less, entered the room without permission while I was not dressed. Absolutely unacceptable

Guy at the front desk was nice. Parking was easy. Is pet-friendly. The room was gross. The place to hang your clothes was half off the wall. There was smoke lines running down the wall like they attempted to clean them and gave up half way through.

I did not stay. Felt unsafe, nothing in the room was clean. Walked immediately out. Specifically, condom wrappers and condoms all over the parking lot. The entire building smelled like Marijuana. Everything was covered in dirt and stains in the room. Not one thing looked cleaned in years. Unsure why a site like your's even allows a place like this. Will never book through you again.

the overhead light didn’t work, the bed was full of stains and burn marks along with stains on pillows. we immediately left and went somewhere else. do not suggest in the slightest.

I've stayed at this motel in the past many times haven't been there for years and after this stay so disappointed definitely not the same! They lack in house keeping& keeping things up to code👎

We got a double bed instead of a king, we killed 8 spiders and the smoke alarms were taken out of the ceiling. It was dusty and full of cob webs and smelled so musty. There’s literally 4 things in the whole room, don’t seem to hard to keep clean.

Not an enjoyable visit

The staff was nice, but that’s about the only nice thing I have to say about this property. The hall ways and stairs were full of crumbs and even dog feces like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room was somewhat clean, but there was no cold air and the room was ridiculously uncomfortable which wasn’t idea for a family with young kids. We will not be back here.
