A really unique property and fun use of the space, almost like staying in a museum. Room was clean and spacious. Didn’t appreciate that what was billed as a “city view” turned out to be a massive brick wall across the alley. Staff was courteous and bartender was a ray of sunshine. Might book again next trip.

Parking was fine.This is definitely not a hotel for seniors. Steps were treacherous. TV was very poor,even after the staff got us on it. There was nothing to see no channels. We were not tv streamers so had nothing. Very nice little restaurant in the basement saved the stay.

Beautiful building- room was unique. Cleaning staff left rags & some items unclean when we got there (dirty Kleenex on night stand} & air conditioning on full blast so it was very cold & took 4 hours to heat the room up to 68 degrees. We didn't like the lack of privacy in our room. Not having a door or screen to the bathroom didn't work well for us (adult mother & daughter). The shower & toilet being fully open to the rest of the room was weird & we would not stay there again for that reason.

Stayed in the Fire Fighters Room. So wonderful that we booked again on the route back home as well as on the way up. Wonderfully modelled, including Victoriana bath and huge bathroom and beds. Great coffee and super friendly staff. Slept wonderfully.

The room I stayed in was room 305. The shower, toilet, and sink are all in the bedroom with no door. The toilet is behind a partial wall directly next to the bed, but there's no door, and the sink is across the room from the toilet. The shower is the first thing you see when you walk in, again with no door or barrier. If you're staying in the room with someone, hopefully the two of you are very comfortable sharing each other's space in every way. The hotel was also very noisy with no sound-proofing. The doors in the hallway bang very loudly, and you can hear everything in the next room, and I mean everything. There are also no staff at the hotel except the housekeeping folks. There's no front desk or lobby, so if you need something like extra toilet paper or a clean towel, you're out of luck. The aesthetic is cool, and it's very centrally located. But I would not stay there again, I'm sorry to say.

A great place to stay. Attentive staff. Clean and comfy rooms. I would recommend letting people know that there is a door with a ramp so that folks don't have to trek up the front stairs with their luggage. And also have signage around the walls from that area to the elevator. And from the restaurant to the elevator. One can get lost down there but staff was helpful! Love our stay!

"Room 309" is a suite with multiple rooms- amazing space to stay in. I cannot say enough good things about staying at the City, would recommend anyone take the time to stay here and experience it.

This was an incredibly unique hotel. We enjoyed the displays throughout the hotel as well as the room itself. Check-in was simple and easy even without a front desk.

Room was different, very cool industrial feel, bathroom floor had stains, showers was unique (no doors) drained onto wood floors. Town shuts down at 9, little spooky how quiet it was on a wknd night. Bed was so/so, would go back and hopefully get to spend more time during the day in Williamsport.
