Well we didn’t know about the $75 deposit. It wast said when booking (it should be since you need it in your acct when checking in) the girl at the check in wasn’t pleasant at all. When getting into the room The bed had hair all over it. The sheets definitely weren’t cleaned from Previous guest or previous few guests. There was cheese on the walls in the bathroom and peubs in the toilet. I had just had a procedure at Geisinger so I was to out of it to complain even though I wanted to. I always stay here when I need to get a procedure done at GMC which is often but this will be my last stay.

Came in past midnight after driving 10 hours. I had booked the wrong dates and had changed them earlier in the day with expedia, received a confirmation email from expedia and everything. When I arrived they said that the reservation had not been changed and expedia had never contacted them, even though I had a confirmation email, and they had charged me the additional amount. Guy at the front desk said they would give me a room at "no charge" but that in the morning if it wasn't cleared up with expedia, I would have to pay for the room, the room I already paid for? I didn't want to get stuck paying for 2 rooms, so I ended up just driving the rest of the way home (4 hours). Super disappointing.
