Room and bathroom were beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The hotel and grounds were the perfect setting for a Colonial Williamsburg trip. Restaurant staff were slow and forgetful on multiple dining occasions. Rooms were not ready at the promised check-in time. Overall would recommend and would stay again.

All the staff are so nice and helpful. Karry Ann is the best!! She is so sweet and caring. We ate dinner in the restaurant after checking in. They knew it was my husband’s BD, so they brought him a dessert plate with goodies and happy birthday written in chocolate. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Williamsburg

The nicest and the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The building was well kept, with so much history everywhere! The room we stayed was decorated with exquisite regency style, elegant and beautiful. The dinning room was gorgeous, but the food was very mediocre, a bit disappointing. Anyways, what an experience!

Colonial treat in Williamsburg

The Williamsburg Inn was a very special hotel. The staff are really attentive, the rooms were from another time, and yet up to date at the same time. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious with plenty of hot water. You can park right by the hotel, and are in walking distance of all the Colonial sights as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. We were on a tour staying in 6 hotels and this was by far the best place we stayed in. Would highly recommend if you're visiting the area

We had one bad experience on the outside deck where dogs are apparently allowed. One of the small dogs was drinking from a water glass on the table. A large dog barked and lunged at two guests during a live performance. We were concerned for the safety of the guests and the food hygiene.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Williamsburg Inn. Our room was as nice as any five star hotel we've ever stayed in! I even went back to the website to see if it was a 5-star hotel and I just didn't notice! Room and bathroom were large, tastefully decorated and updated with best of everything. My only complaint would be that they didn't have any tv options except for cable -- we would have liked to be able to stream a movie.
