Suite was clean, and worked great for our family of 3. JJ responded promptly with any questions I had. Little things such as ground coffee, tea bags, creamer, small dish soap, sponge, pod for dishwasher, detergent for washing machine, and paper towels were included in the kitchen. Tissues and toilet paper were included in the bathrooms. Lovely outside deck was nice to sit at for am coffee and eating (we did have to clean the tables and chairs off, but lots of pollen in the air around this time of year). Unfortunately we were at the resort a few weeks before the outdoor pools were open, but they looked beautiful! We weren’t a fan of the indoor pool (very crowded, strong smell of chlorine, water was cloudy) so we skipped that. They have a house on site with a lot of history and we were able to attend a ghost tour of the house which we really enjoyed! The property is very nice, and great location! We traveled to Busch gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and Va beach. Would recommend.

Family Visit

This was our 2nd time staying at the resort. We first came in 2013 when our kids were younger. We came back because we were familiar with the resort and liked the location. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was quite accommodating with any issues. For instance, they were only a text away when we asked for a few new clean towels and delivered them on time. The pool area was nice after a long, hot day at the local attractions. It’s great to have a condo like this on a family vacation. We can cook breakfast, eat leftovers from a restaurant, and dish up our own ice cream treats at our leisure. Very comfortable. The kitchen had enough to get by for a few days, and having a washer/dryer in the unit is helpful as well. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others who might be heading to the area. Even though it was about 20-30 minutes from most major attractions, the price was right and we enjoyed our stay.

Williamsburg gem

The amenities offered at the resort greatly added to our stay here. We played mini golf, swam in the pool and explored the beautiful grounds. We didn’t get to take advantage of the restaurant as we came early in the week and they were closed. Great location close to all you need in the Williamsburg area!
