The room was very spacious but it had no clock. The tv was in an awkward spot. Housekeeping never came to our room so our garbage piled up. The key card kept on canceling us out so 3 out 4 days we had to go to the front desk to get new key cards. The staff was great..The breakfast satff was exceptional. Front desk staff also was exceptional.

The room and basic amenities were fine for a budget friendly family trip.The hotel lobby sometimes smelled overwhelmingly like axe body spray, which wasn't fun. Our room was clean. Housekeeping never came to pickup our trash or refresh towels or make the beds. I know they are only scheduled for every other day, but on a three night stay, the room should have had at least one refresh. Breakfast was okay, not so many choices for vegetarians.

It was a quick visit but it was nice to cometo a clean and well kept property as tired as we were. Our room Had been left wit the AC on and it was 40 degrees but we switched to heat and after some time it was perfect.

Staff was nice, room was big. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Only compliant was there were some dirty wash cloths left in the shower there when we got there but we didn’t really care much. Other than that it was fine. Breakfast had a ton of options and was great to walk down and get hot breakfast every morning.
