The staff were nice and checking was fine. My room smelt like cigarettes and made my clothes smell. The room next to me over the weekend was actually awake all night, not causing a ruckus, but made enough noise consistently that the thin walls did not muffle it. Not a great nights sleep. The bed sheets were clean

This hotel was not the absolute worst, but I wouldn’t give it one star? The beds are so hard that I made a chiropractor appointment for tomorrow. I am in literal pain. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes. To be honest I did not really feel safe there. I think this may be a place where people stay long term or sell drugs from. The neighbors were loud and you could tell every time they lit up, there were couples arguing while we were trying to sleep.There was not very good parking and the outside was filthy as well. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. The front desk guy when we arrived was nice. The photos are very misleading on how this place looks.

The room was dirty and had roaches. There were plumbing problems and when I informed them, they handed us a plunger and asked us to leave it outside our room when we were done. We had to go to the lobby to get fresh towels and toilet paper. It was a horrible experience

My day was awesome. I enjoyed working out. They have a great restaurant and inside. I love it beds real comfortable. It was wonderful one of my best stay in Williamsburg Virginia.

When arrived the reservation was for a king bed suite. The desk clerk was nice. However, we were informed there were no king beds in this hotel only doubles. The Lobby appeared clean and we did not get a room. The hotel clerk canceled our reservation. Now I am waiting for Hotels.com to refund my money. I don’t know whose fault the advertisement was, unfortunately, they didn’t answer the phone when the Hotels Rep called. Hotels says they need the hotel’s permission and the hotel says it’s up to Hotels.com. It doesn’t quite matter to me, I just want a refund for something I paid for that couldn’t be accommodated.

Welllll, it started that we received a room that was already occupied. Oh yeah, walked right in on a family. We're lucky we weren't hurt. We reserved a king, got a full. Train too close, and a little run down. On the plus side, they reimbursed us $40 for the non King .

Needs renovation and a good scrubbing

Awful, room smelled like old cigarettes and bed was way to soft, black out drapes didnt close, plus didnt match, had many holes in them. I did not stay in the end, got a refund and went somewhere else. This place used to be so much better a few years ago.

Overall the stay was good, we didn’t have any problems. Beds were comfortable room was clean. Couch bed wasn’t in the best shape and broken. We managed to fix it enough for our smaller kids to still use it and they said it was comfortable. Overall a good stay we would return

The bed was comfortable but it was a full size bed not a queen which is what we had rented. The carpet felt dirty~ no frills but if youre just looking for a place to sleep for one night it was comfortable enough. They had a tv which was fine anda fridge that worked well.
