Clean room. Great customer service. I had work i needed to get dome. Wifi was down. They opened the dinning area for me as wifi was working in there and said i was welcome to anything in there. Will stay there again.

Staff was very kind and helpful despite the room being unclean, and without enough towels, no toilet paper, and a non-working room phone at check-in. WiFi had signal and no connection. The ceiling in the room had cracks in it that were alarming. The comforter sheet had burns from heat and room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

Staff friendly. Room itself was fairly well furnished. Bathroom sink was semi clogged, toilet didn’t flush correctly and shower water pressure was quite bad.

The pictures of this property DO NOT actually represent the condition of the property. There were homeless people in the hallway eating. There were plenty of people going back and forth between the property next door that clearly weren’t staying at either. Appears to be in an unsafe part of town. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The shower was discusting. Dirty with an orange/brown shower mat that was supposed to be clear and missing also it was missing tiles. The floors were dirty. Paint was chipping off the walls. The chairs appeared to have been a scratching post for a cat with fabric missing. Parking is only on one side of the building. I didn’t feel safe leaving my wife there alone to go get food and I’m not a person who generally is worried about that type of thing. We ended up packing up and leaving within 15 minutes to find somewhere else to stay. If you are a single guy looking for somewhere to sleep, this will work. For a family I would definitely recommend somewhere else. Their rating of 7 or whatever it was has to be fake or paid for. Would not recommend.

I appreciated the staff who were helpful and accommodating. However the soap dispensers were difficult to use, especially the shower gel and we had to go to the office for toilet paper. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there. We were given first floor accommodations for our dogs. I would likely return.
