This motel has a great location: easy walking distance to the historic area and a some nice places to eat. There is plenty of parking at the property. The positives of the room include a clean comfortable bed, TV and internet worked, it was quiet, and seemed safe. Shower was clean and had plenty of hot water. The negative aspects were the towels were like sandpaper. Clean towels were available at the office. We did not eat breakfast provided at the motel. We felt like we got our money's worth and will likely return on future trips.

Breakfast is a lot of carbs(waffles, toast, bagel, cereal), so not a hot breakfast. They have wi-fi, but it is so throttled as to be useless. I had to use my phone hotspot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot.
