Overall our stay was good. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The rooms are in need of a overhaul though. The carpet is very old and dingy. The couch and chair are very old and brown which doesn't give the appearance of cleanliness. The shower head is probably more than 10 years old and doesn't adjust. Also the water pressure was very weak. I give high ratings to the staff but the owner needs to update the rooms

It was a nice, comfortable stay, but it’s worth noting that despite the listing saying otherwise, they DON’T have a hot tub. This was disappointing for us as we were specifically looking for a place with a hot tub. If that doesn’t matter to you, it’s a very comfortable place to stay. The beds are comfy, room was clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a nice indoor pool. It’s also just a short (10 - 12 min) drive to Busch Gardens.
