The villas were clean, spacious and accomodating. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. The amenities were plentiful. It snowed during our visit and the staff worked extra hard to prioritize safety and kept all walkways clear & salted!

The two bedroom has two bathrooms, a living room area, a dining room area and a kitchen area. It's like an apartment away from home. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I definitely enjoyed the texting feature to reach the front desk. I'm looking forward in visiting again really soon 🤗

The lady who brought us back to her office when checking in was very pushy. She was trying to get us to do a tour and we would get 200$. I told her no four different times. Then she proceeded to ask my husband after I just told her no multiple times. We are here to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Not get you commission. She seemed annoyed with us because I didn’t want to do it. It made us very uncomfortable. Our bed had hair on it. So I’m assuming the bed was either not clean or someone got multiple pieces of hair on it when changing it. The floors weren’t the cleanest either. Our socks were dirty from walking around. I was pretty disappointed as I had high hopes staying here. We stayed here a few years ago and it was wonderful. Not sure if I will get be them another chance.

It was like a Holiday Inn hotel room had a kitchen living area added on to it. It was clean, and we liked having a washer and dryer in our villa. The salt pool was warm and a slight to swim in. The only downside was they were very persistent in their effort to sell their club membership. Definetly felt stalked. What ruined it for me was the airbnb style checkout, and you have to work through the check list of gathering towels, taking out trash, loading dishwasher, etc... All in all those aren't big things, but when you are trying to pack up, wrangle kids, and hit the road by a specific time, it's stressful.

It was old, depressing and I felt like I was in a nursing home. We were in a wheelchair accessible room when we used the shower the water ran onto the floor because of the ramp -- we had to throw multiple towels on the floor to absorb water. The heat came on based on the temperature outside and NOT based on OUR comfort so we would come back to a room that was 74 degrees instead of the 64 that we like. Could not open windows more than an inch. Staff was incredibly nice especially Ash in the bowling alley. The grandchildren enjoyed the amenities however we would not stay here again as the room was just depressing.

Beautiful property with very comfortable rooms. There were plenty of activities such as mini golf and bowling. The location was extremely convenient for dining and shopping.

Beautiful place to stay

Unfortunately we came in late and left early. This place is amazing I wish we could’ve used all that it had to offer. Everything was impeccably clean, it was a one bedroom apartment with everything you could need. I wish check out was 11:00 because 10 is so early you really rush in the am.
