Hampton Inn and Suites visit

Very disappointed that the room did not have a fridge We had medication that needed to be fridge and your place had none We were told by front desk that they are not avalable this makes no sense because you show the fridge in details. Also that's why we picked this hotel. Not good

We were very upset that there was no fridge in the room. You show that there is a fridge in the room. This was not good as my wife has medication that needs to be in the fridge. So we had to use is in a ice bucket which was a mess

Breakfast was decent but doesn't seem to change; the bed was hard as a rock to sleep on; the pull out couch was ripped & falling apart; the AC unit was not working properly to cool the room; the toilet was very low; the shower water pressure was not very strong. It was nice having an indoor & outdoor pool; hot tub is very small; hotel location was nice!

Just Book!!

From beginning to end, my family had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Conveniently located close to Busch Gardens, Water Country, and the Outlet Mall. The hotel was immaculately clean. You can take your pick between the indoor/outdoor pool and or hot tub. The breakfast was surprisingly pretty good, I’ve never been a huge fan of hotel breakfasts or buffet styled meals but I was actually impressed. The dining area was well stocked and kept pretty tidy. The food was pretty scrumptious as well, so that’s a plus!! My check in was smooth, thanks to the Hilton app and front desk. I truly appreciate all of the help from the young man, Parry!! He was absolutely a delight after traveling with children for half the day. He greeted me with such a warm welcome and explained everything to a T. Tbh, every staff member I encountered was very friendly and willing to help. Housekeeping was awesome along with the kitchen staff!! The parking lot can get pretty filled, but it wasn’t a huge deal breaker for us. Take it, from a mom of four, I felt very safe and experienced such great customer service that this will forever be our new go to hotel when traveling in the area!
