The room was very spacious and clean, although there was no hot water for either my shower or sink! The staff was friendly and the amenities were great, including complementary drinks and snacks during happy hour. There were a lot of renovations happening but nothing that got in the way terribly of my stay.

The hotel was undergoing renovations in the lounge area. I hope that the rooms are getting ready to be updated as well. The vanity in the bathroom was really worn. The other casegoods were really cheap looking. The sofa was nice and did look rather new. Staff was very nice especially the staff at the gathering in the evenings.

The hotel has offered a refund for my stay. The heat was not working in my room. The heater system was reset by maintenance and it still didn’t fix the issue and remained 65 degrees when thermostat was set at 75 degrees. There was a pair of someone’s underwear and a razor in the trash can in the bathroom that had been left unattended to by their housekeeper. Lastly there was a roach crawling out of the refrigerator which i saw when I went to open it to put my 2 year old daughters milk in the fridge and it was barely even cold. There was supposed to be 2 remote controls for the 2 tvs but only had one and the outlets in the sitting area didn’t work either. I went to the front desk around 11:30pm and spoke with the night auditor named Michael about my concerns and he said he would refund me and he was very sorry about everything. He said I needed to call Expedia to get my refund and he said they would contact the hotel to confirm that they will refund me. I packed up everything and me and my 3 kids left and didn’t even stay there.

Even though construction was happening it didn't affect our stay at all. Breakfast food was amazing. The reception in the evening in the bar area was so convenient and such a nice gesture after a long day. The bartender, Nikki, made our stay very special because of how personable she was and not to mention she made amazing drinks. We would definitely stay here again.

When we visited there was renovations on going, and the place was looking quite run down. Room keys seemed to be really unreliable, and the room we got smelled like weed, so overall the experience was not good. The breakfast was pretty good though, probably the one redeeming thing for us.
