I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I booked through your website, it clearly stated that breakfast was included with the room. However, upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast was not included. This was very disappointing, as it was one of the main reasons I chose your hotel over others. I believe this information on your website is misleading and should be corrected immediately to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue.

The room that my family booked was the junior king suite… the pictures, hide it as one room with a sofa, bed TV and stuff leading up the stairs to the second level of the room where the king size bed was and another TV and it was totally not the room I got, but I sure paid the amount of the room. I thought I was getting. Highly disappointed. Service was good but the curtains were stained, and the shower was scolding… I responded to the hotels, text concierge, and they told me a tech will go look at it, they had and it was fine but when we got back to the room it was still scolding hot. Way too hot to wash my hair or bathe my 6 year old twins.

The hotel was so humid that the beds felt damp. The bathroom did not have an air extractor, and the humidity after a shower was really bad in the room, even after a few hours when I returned.
