Rentals are daily @$155 to $165 or monthly @$2000. Monthly rental fees are utilities over $35 and cleaning fee of $40. Deposit of $500, balance returned upon inspection at end of month. For cancellations deposit is fully refunded 3 weeks prior to arrival, ½ returned 2 weeks prior and a credit after that time.
1 time fees for weekend stays are admin @ $25 & utilities over $35, $50 deposit returned at end of month.
