Easy, free and secure parking. Decent breakfast fro. 6:30 to 9:30.The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Bunny. This was the second year we stayed at this hotel and we would stay here again. Good value for the price.

You pay for what you get. Great location for food attractions but the hotel is definitely a 1.5 overall. Just a heads up Lots of addiction people live on the property and they smells.

What did you like or what was unique about the property? I liked that the property was conveniently located near my intended destination. There were also numerous shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making it easy to access dining and other amenities. What didn't you like? I was concerned that the rear of the property was not secured. Additionally, several residents were sitting on buckets and chairs in the back smoking, which detracted from the overall appearance and sense of security.

The staff was awesome!!! The first person I met was Sherry! She was an awesome way to start the check in process!!! It looks like they are doing updates! They had a gentleman who took care of all trash outside including all cigarette butts!! The beds were great!

Cleanliness was a major issue, and the overall condition of the hotel did not feel fresh or inviting. On top of that, it was extremely noisy. Throughout our stay, we could hear people in nearby rooms being very loud for long periods. It sounded like groups were gathering in rooms to socialize and watch games, and there was a strong smell of smoke in the hallways and surrounding areas, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, it was not a relaxing stay, and it did not meet the standard I expect from a hotel. Management needs to do a much better job with cleanliness, maintenance, and enforcing quiet hours so guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

The room was large and clean. The hotel is in walking distance to the Captain George seafood buffet and the shopping outlet. There are a number of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Also, a short drive to Busch Gardens!!
