Very convenient staff was amazing and quick to fix any small issues like switch out microwave or tv issues, this place is one best and that's coming from places in Hampton and Newport news just really great staff and rooms

Terrible. No wonder it’s cheap

Rooms weren’t the cleanest, they painted over the peep holes on the doors which is a huge safety issue. Doors didn’t shut all the way so that was another safety issue. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Tv wouldn’t connect to the network. WiFi hardly worked. Lobby smelled like a soured dish rag

Desde que entras al lobby sientes el olor a cigarro, no es que nadie esta fumando solo que parece que ya está impregnado el olor en el hotel, acerca de la habitación estaba limpia solo que en el baño la tina no la habían limpiado, fui a decirles al front desk y muy amablemente lo resolvieron

The rooms are ok. I wish they had a keurig for coffee. Our first night we had to switch rooms because the toilet wouldnt flush. The hallway is super loud, you can hear everyone. The staff were friendly. The tv is hard to figure out.

The weekend getaway.😔

Well we were aksed to leave after check in but that was corrected the 1st room had a broken air conditioner then there wasnt a closet nor a table to eat at as well as only 1 chair to sit at.our room wasn't cleaned when we asked she only gave clean towels the tub nor was the bathroom clean hair was still in shower from a previous guest. Had no ice bucket nor did housekeeping dump the trash in the room . The sheets and towels were clean The television didnt work we had to add our Amazon Prime to watch tv, and add the wifi at least 2x a day just to watch tv. There was a continental bkfst but not I wasn't impressed. This was a last min trip the price was affordable and at least 3 other hotels in the area were totally booked when we considered leaving. The pool filter wasnt on and there was an indoor & outdoor locations. NO CHAIRS AROUND IN THE INDOOR AREAS..I WONT EVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE....

OVER PRICED

The hotel had a very bad odor. It was supposed to be renovated but was not fully done. Can’t open windows or turn on exhaust fan. Very uncomfortable.. overpriced.. dirty and room phone did not work. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF THOUGH.

Our room was changed several times. All the room was bad. The room we stayed in had electrical issues and the room was never cleaned. I told several people. The room was dirty and several cobwebs in several corners. Will never stay here again.

The first room the air did not work. The next room the inside lock was broken. The room was not cleaned the next day. The person at the front tried to blame me. I was told it was because of the do not disturb sign. I did not use the sign. The cleaning person was in front of the room texting. Overall the hotel is run down and in need of upgrades.

Be careful

The room was fine. But,I had to file a claim with my bank to get my $50 incidentals deposit back. They didn’t have a phone number which to reach them. That’s incredibly bad business.
