We go to busch gardens a good bit and we usually stay rught by the park but i wanted to stay in colonial williamsburgh this year the hotel was great we were able to walk right down to merchent square we had a great two days at the hotel i would stay there again they need to update the rooms though with smart tvs so people can watch there netflix and stuff at night

This is the filthiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. My room had a cockroach crawling around — yes, a cockroach (photo attached). That alone tells you everything you need to know about how dirty, careless, and unhygienic this place is. The fact that they’re charging people money to stay in bug-infested rooms is a disgrace. Management clearly doesn’t care about basic health standards, guest safety, or running a decent business. This hotel is a complete scam and a hazard. Avoid it at all costs — unless you enjoy sleeping with roaches.

Very close to Colonial Williamsburgh, rooms are okay. They could use to be deep cleaned as well as the outside of the property landscaped and picked up. Staff was nice. The pet fee is very competitive and our dogs were fine there. Plenty of room to walk them. We have stayed at several other Williamsburg properties at different times.

This motel offers great value for the money. The front desk staff are very friendly and breakfast was surprisingly good. However the breakfast room wasn’t cleaned or replenished much so it was a mess by the end. The facilities are pretty beat up. We needed a place for a one night stay near Busch gardens and central Williamsburg and this was perfect for that

We booked this hotel last minute through Expedia. There was an additional 50.00 hold placed on my card but was taken off the day after we left. They gave us a room on the basement floor. The hallway was very musty smelling. Our room was clean but still had a somewhat musty smell. Not sure what the rooms upstairs were like. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice. The location was great and within walking distance to Govenors Mansion and other sights so there was no need to drive and find other parking spots around that area.

For the price, the room was absolutely adequate. Location was perfect. The only downside is the side door to the hallway of the hotel didn’t lock and we were on street level so that was a little concerning. But the area seemed safe enough for such issues.
