Nice place to stay. Pool and jacuzzi nice and towel provided. If mind kids and jumping into pool splashing then may not be as enjoyable. Pet friendly and staff at registration kinda short staffed at a 4pm check in. Staff remained composed through pressure which is appreciated.

Enjoyed our stay in Williams AZ. This establishment was very clean & updated. Would have been nice to have a microwave & coffee maker in the room. Bathroom was very small but the shower was very nice. We will definitely stay again if we attend the Route 66 Car Show next year. We had a great time

The hotel was the perfect location on route 66 for our southwestern tour stop for the Grand Canyon. It felt safe, clean and the staff was nice. The food at Miss Kitty's was really good including their pancakes for breakfast. The Grand Canyon was about a 50 minute drive and Flagstaff avoit 30 minutes. Really cute, preserved town on Route 66 as well! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was very helpful and courteous, we had an issue in our room that involved housekeeping. They did an outstanding job of resolving the issue. We wished that our room had a microwave. The staff made a recommendation for a dinner entree that was excellent. We enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July.

Not only will we stay here again if we find ourselves in Williams again, we are looking at other Trailborn properties to stay at. Absolutely wonderful experience. I’d skip breakfast at Miss Kitty’s and opt for the mess hall.
