Location is fantastic. Be prepared to bring your own soap and wash your clothes by hand
We booked this based on: Location, 2 bed rooms / 2 Baths and a Washer. This met all those requirements, we thought. Well... 2 out of three anywayThere was a washer in the apartment. It didn't work. Our stay was 11 days. Needed to wash clothing. We contacted management MULTIPLE TIMES and they stated they would send someone, but never did! If you book this, be prepared to bring your own hand soap, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing soap and detergent for washing clothing by hand... as none is supplied. Also, there is no tea pot... but don't worry... the hot water from the tap is plenty hot for tea. If you have stayed at a VRBO before... there is usually salt, sugar and oil from previous occupants. NOPE! You would get more if you stayed at a hotel, which we will consider in the future. At least in a hotel they have coin laundry and staff to help. Also, good luck understanding how the microwave works as there are no instructions on how to use it or anything else, which is usually a standard for a VRBO. Mostly this 3 room apartment was clean, except that we found unwashed blood spots on a quilt the first day when we turned the quilt down. The second bathroom sink has no "S" drain/trap... so noxious gas emits from the sink They didn't have a full set of dishes for 4 peopleParking is difficult to find and you have to walk quite a distance once it is found.
