Kas Kolo has recently completed (June 2026) a full renovation, offering an upgraded and comfortable stay while maintaining its historic character. While updated photos are not yet available, the villa has been thoughtfully refreshed to enhance your experience.

Otrobanda, meaning “the other side,” sits just across the iconic Queen Emma Bridge from Punda and is one of the island’s most vibrant and up-and-coming neighborhoods. Trendy, artistic, and full of energy, you’ll find a lively mix of local shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants just steps from your door. Within walking distance, explore Kurá Hulanda Village for art, culture, dining, and boutique shopping, or stroll to Brionplein where festivals and events regularly bring the neighborhood to life.

The Villa
Kas Kolo is a charming old-town villa designed for relaxed island living. The home features a colorful, stylish interior paired with inviting outdoor spaces. Enjoy your own private pool, a secluded garden, and shaded lounge and dining areas—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
