There was no water in the face basin from the second night. Housekeeping left my room door ajar. There was a group of noisy students right outside my door every night. There was a roach in the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating after my complaints.

The hotel is materially misrepresented and unsafe. The unit is not furnished as advertised, the main door latch is broken, the balcony door does not lock, the toilet does not flush, and staff advised the shower takes five minutes to get warm. I notified the front desk immediately. These conditions are unsafe and uninhabitable. Manager resolved next morning without a problem

The room was worse than neglected. it was dirty; very dirty especially in the kithen and the badroom. It even had a terrible smell. After we made a serious claim about it, they called a housekeeper from home, it was about 10 to come clean the room. We had to wait for the lady to arrive and to clean the room so we could take a shower and get to sleep. It was horible.

Mediocre hotel. Receptionist does not do her job properly, extremely rude, unhelpful, poor communication abilities (seems intentional), tells us false information, as she contradicts herself. She went so low to tell us that we’ll need to deal with very loud noise in the room next door and even worst offered no resolution. Appalling it was only her onsite ( she claimed this), so we had no one else to talk to, we had no choice but to leave and not stay ( check out on same arrival day) as we were poorly treated and didn’t feel safe

First the room had no cable tv connection, no cable wire, telephone was not connected because also missing cable. Kettle to heat water was evaporating water of not shutting off automaticly. There is no night table in the room also no clothes cabinet, no safe for valuables. Bathroom pools water from the shower outwards on the bathroom floor. Faucet was clogged. Maintenance was requested to check but never came to resolve the problems. Frontdesk tried to help but could not do more My advice to other travellers do not pick this hotel for your stay you'll be dissatisfied.
