By 7 am no egg, potatoes, bacon or sausage. Biscuits were harder than rocks. Sausage gravy was alright! Had a pet room. My dog found some dried French fries under the bed. My pillows smelled. Thank god we were very tired.

Overall our stay was good. There was some mix-up on the room clean-up where a number of different people came by. We ended up with double towels and no Kleenex. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. We asked for an accessible room and found it was at the very end of the hall which seems to not be in keeping with the term accessible.

The room was in ok condition, one of the door keys didn't work. The bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable, giving me hip pain all night. The pillows were very flat, so it was a rough night of sleep. The charger plug-in on the lamp by the bed doesn't work if the main light switch is off. For a Holiday Inn, I would have expected better quality mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was nice and clean and the TV worked fine. The breakfast was good.
