Ferienhaus Aldenburg

This modernly furnished vacation home is located in the leafy Aldenburg neighborhood. Maadestraße is a cul-de-sac and therefore particularly quiet. The south-facing terrace is not visible from the street, so you can enjoy your privacy in peace. On the north-facing terrace, you can relax in the shade or sit outside under the covered area, sheltered from the rain.
The property itself covers 868 square meters and features mature trees. The house was completed in 2016.



Aldenburg Vacation Home:

The house is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a washer and dryer, and a TV.
Of course, the vacation home has Wi-Fi.
There is sleeping space for 2 people in the bedroom and 3 people on the loft. All windows facing south and north are equipped with electric blinds, meaning the sleeping areas can be darkened. In addition, the windows in the bedrooms are fitted with fly screens.
The living room features an easy-to-use wood-burning stove with a glass door. On cooler days, the fire here is meant to provide extra comfort and coziness.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower separated by glass blocks.
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating, which contributes to the overall sense of comfort.
In the garden, you’ll find a lockable garden shed. Here you’ll find bicycles to explore the green surroundings. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is also stored here. For those who love to grill, there’s a Weber grill available.
