Situated just steps away from the beach and boardwalk, our charming house is perfect for accommodating large families or groups seeking a memorable vacation. With Four separate units, each containing two bedrooms, our property offers privacy and comfort for everyone.
Each unit features two cozy bedrooms & The layout of our Airbnb allows each family or group to have their own dedicated space, providing the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness.

This is a 4 Unit building , and guests will occupy all units. Each unit has a separate kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

***Min age to book is 27 years old, NO 3rd party bookings, the guest who is booking the reservation must be at the property the entire stay of the booking period*****

**ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN APTS, any odors of cigarettes, cigars, weed, etc will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee to deodorize furniture*****

-Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen, coffee, oatmeal, etc. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving to avoid additional cleaning fees and take out the trash to bins located in the rear.

-No SMOKING inside the apartment. If there is a sign of smoking after check out your credit card will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

-This is a family building and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.

-In case of any party, your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund and you will be asked to leave the premises by local authorities.

-Absolutely NO visitors. The only people allowed to be in the building are the people listed on the reservation.

-Be sure to check out by 10 am to avoid a $75 PER HOUR late check-out fee (unless you've paid a fee to check out later and both parties have agreed to a late checkout).

-LEAVE THE PLACE CLEAN. Make sure to clean up after yourself. If the place is found excessively dirty you will charge an additional $150 cleaning fee to your credit card. Please wash and return all dishes, utensils, cups, and mugs after use

-Any stain on sheets or towels will result in being charged for them.

-Pet must remain in a crate if unattended.

If any of these rules are broken your reservation will be terminated early without a refund and additional fees may be charged to your credit card.
