3 bedroom / 2 full bath pool house with cart! This home is beautiful!! Outdoor kitchen area for when you're enjoying the pool. Spacious living area with open floor plan to kitchen and dining. MBR features a King size bed and walk-in shower. Complimentary 4-person gas golf cart is provided. Very close to the Saw Grass Grove attraction, where live music, fresh market, and food & drinks can be enjoyed by everyone. Home's decor is modern, very well equipped, and the pool area with outdoor kitchen is amazing. (credit card processing fee is non-refundable should guest cancel)

If you want a pool.....

If you want a pool and a perfect home this is your place. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home with all the amenities and walk out to the pool. Plenty of room for the family or a getaway for 2.

Great location to Sawgrass Grove. Prop mgmt. was super to work with and responded to text questions very quickly and responded to any issues that came up. Home is very close to Southern Oaks Golf club and walking paths in a very quiet setting.

Beautiful pool house

Our stay was perfect with no issues. Property manager was amazing. The house was very clean and conveniently located close to Saw Grass Grove. The outdoor kitchen and pool area was fabulous and is where we spent much of our down time. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

The Villages is a unique experience. This house was a good fit for that experience providing a comfortable clean place with all the required amenities. Safe, local fun. Good for a group of 4. Nice pool. Host was accessible and helpful.

Perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation

We loved this house! It had plenty of room, but the outdoor space was our favorite place to be. We enjoyed the pool and just sitting in the outside lounge area...spent most of our time out there. Dave was very responsive and was quick to answer questions. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!
