We can't say enough superlatives about the Casa di Amici houses at 218/220. Our family group stayed in the houses for a week and had the best time. You cannot beat the location - 5 minute walk to the beach, close to coffee, ice cream, and restaurants, and within a few minute drive to groceries. It was perfect for our group that ranged from ages 1 to 82 years. Everything looks like the pictures and all the amenities and equipment were as expected. The houses were easy to get around, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchens are impressively equipped for our nightly cooking. We especially loved the espresso makers and the fact that the cooking knives were actually sharp (unheard of in a rental!) The Casa Lounge (we referred to it as the game room) was a fantastic place for our evenings to hang out and play games, and the small fridge for soda and beer was a nice additions. Because we had both houses, we used the open courtyard with chairs and an extra table every day for dinner - it's a hidden gem. Some great benefits also - the supplied beach gear (lots of towels, several beach chairs, a large umbrella, and beach cart) and the 2 car garage and extra parking. Christine is an incredible host. Communication during planning, check in, and through our stay was great. Questions were often answered within a few minutes. Highly recommend for your beach stay!
