The website states “Fully equipped kitchens in every suite” but our kitchen did not have a coffee maker, plates, utensils or pots and pans. A sign in our room stated “The items below are available to use in your in-room kitchen. Please contact the front desk”, but no where on the sign or website does it state that those items are an extra charge! There were only 2 bath towels and washcloths and no hand towels. There was only one night stand and light on one side of the bed.

I do not feel the bed sheets were changed. I rolled down the bedspread and the sheet was not smooth, looked like it was slept in. Also, the bottom, fitted sheet had a blood stain on it. It was dark in color, so I also felt it was not washed. The rest of the room appeared to be clean. The room also needs to have curtains, there was way too much outside hotel light making its way into the room. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again.

They nickle and dime you for everything (dishes,coffee maker,toaster,etc), didnt care for that since we've stayed at other locations and didnt have to pay for anything. We needed ice and there were no ice machines

New hotel. Opened July 2025. Room was clean. Bed slept wonderfully! Pillows were great and comfy! You could hear someone walking upstairs. You could hear people talking in the next room. Wood floor a plus. Would stay here again.

Ok....but....

The room was very clean. No carpet so a little more noisy than an average hotel. No receipt on checking out and the keys stop working randomly. Got locked out a 5am when I went out for some fresh air. No overnight staff. Probably will not stay again.

Not sure if this is normal but did not have housekeeping clean my room. I asked for it but nothing was done. No coffee in motel but a Wawa is right next to place

There was nothing in the kitchen and no ice machine at the hotel. We had to run to the gas station for ice and plastic firks to eat leftovers. No blow dryer and only one set of towels for two people.

There's really nothing wrong with this place. Its new and clean. Everyone's learning their way around. Our room had to be changed because the key didnt work. The employee tried and work hard. We have an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machine. I was told its on order. They gave us ice from their own fridge. The staff was so helpful and apologized, its not their fault, this is what happens. We loved the kitchenette. And when we travel, we will stay in Extended Stay.

There was a 2 burner stove top, a microwave and a fridge but no cookware or cutlery or a coffeepot . They advertize breakfast but there was none, just a couple of vending machines. The bed was damp so we asked for a room change, they transferred us to a room which had the bathroom ceiling about to cave in and covered with black mold.So we asked to be moved and showed them the pictures we had taken. We were given a different room but the bed there was damp also. All this was surprising to us as it is a relatively new building. The staff were friendly and helpful . Room was clean
