Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces labeled 55 and 56.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters & pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens & towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.

Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy beautiful northeast ocean views from the large wraparound veranda, complemented by exquisite décor, high-end furnishings, a Viking range, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The thoughtfully designed den features custom Queen-over-Queen bunk beds with a Twin trundle for additional sleeping space. As part of your stay at The Grand at Diamond Beach, you will have access to the community's shared resort-style amenities, including private beach access, seasonal community pools, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, private off-beach storage, outdoor grilling area, and lobby lounge.

Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that access to The Grand's community pools is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pools may be closed during the off-season, periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to The Grand's operating dates, management, and community operations.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

This residence had an expansive ocean view.

This residence had an expansive ocean view. The large patio had plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen was well appointed. The bar stools and large dining table made it easy for everyone to gather. The decor was beautifully done with a subtle tasteful beach theme. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the layout is perfect for a family with the primary suite set apart from the other bedrooms.
