This was our second time staying at an Icona resort, first time at the Diamond Beach location. The resort was clean and felt very safe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our air conditioner wasn’t working well, so they moved our bags to another room for us immediately. We can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here.
