Balcony and veranda on both floors provide additional outdoor space and room for relaxing hours. In summer, the region offers a variety of hiking and cycling opportunities. The mountain railways and numerous excursion destinations are within a short drive. In winter, you can enjoy the many opportunities for skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking and snowshoeing. The nearby cross-country ski run "Munzenriet" and the mountain railways ensure a successful stay during the cold season.
