I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, which I had looked forward to. We specifically booked a "Standard Double Bed," but upon arrival, we were given a twin bed. When we raised this issue, we were told it was "Hotels.com" fault due to a miscommunication indicating "twin" rather than "deluxe."
Additionally, the breakfast was of very poor quality, and the service was lacking. Even after multiple requests, the coffee we asked for upon our arrival at breakfast was only brought to us after we had finished eating.
Overall, I would rate my experience a 2/10. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
