Very friendly staff. Was able to park in lot by hotel. Great German atmosphere with the restaurant /garden. Located next to all shops and restaurants, but just at edge of old town. We had a cozy top floor room. No elevator( older building) so be prepared to walk the spiral stairs with you bags. Part of the charm.

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help return my escaped Ferret. I had introduced Rose to the hotel proprietors when we checked in. The next morning Rose managed to get out of our room and go downstairs into the restaurant. The staff recognized her and brought her back to our room. The staff was great and answered any questions we had. It was an enjoyable, relaxing visit. Nothing bad to say about the place.

Our trains were delayed so we arrived super late and night check in was pretty easy, however the bed was unmade and the shower mat was all crumpled and no towels were folded. I’m not sure if it was clean or not, but it was midnight so we were unable to go to the front desk and ask for them to fix it. The photos are what the room looked like when we walked in. However the next day everyone was nice and they held our luggage for us.
