Vorweg super Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Durchaus sehr entgegenkommend. Die Lage ist sehr gut - nahe am Bahnhof Mitten in der Stadt und trotz dzt. Baustelle vor der Tür relativ ruhig. Die Räume sind groß, viel Platz, das Bad/Toilette zwar eng aber absolut OK. Gratis gutes WLAN! Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber- v.a. Küche (v.a. Utensilien wie Flaschen Kaffekanne, etc), aber auch die Decken, Ecken usw.. Das Bett könnte mal eine bessere Matratze und bessere Kopfpölster vertragen. Leider rauscht durchgängig die Heizung/ Warmwasser. Mit entsprechenden Verbesserungen kommen wir gerne wieder.
