In the living area, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher to ensure a carefree vacation. The living area leads out to the apartment’s private terrace.

It is divided into a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and another bedroom with a bunk bed. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. The living area includes a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and, of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment includes parking space No. 13, located directly next to the building. The garden next to the building is available for shared use. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer for shared use, as well as bicycle storage.
