When you arrive the hotel it looks nothing like the photos inside or out. The photos must be 20 plus years old, as it had been painted since and the new color is old and cracking. Literally parts of the hotel cracking, sagging and falling down, Cracked windows, its a craphole. The asphalt parking lot in the photos is not even dirt but not asphalt either, there is no handicap parking and its hard for disabled people to walk on the parking lot surface and my wheelchair would not habe made it through or up the “ramp” . They did let us see the room before we checked in. It has severely stained carpet…. A chair that was disgusting and stained, nasty crap all over dirty walls, moldy curtains and bathroom has mold, ceiling falling down despite an attempt at a crappy repair…But there were no bedbugs. About the only thing that was ok was the lack of bugs! We were beyond a cancelation period so we had to stay or lose our money but it was so so awful…. Puny pillows that flatten and a matress so awful my husband and i sunk to the middle of the bed and couldnt get out of that position so now we hurt….and then we were woke up at 6:30 am by staff asking if it was our dog running in the parking lot …. It was not. Hotels.com should be ashamed to offer this place as an accomodation. And yes i have photos and videos of all of this and am reporting them for no handicap parking.
