Hotel was cery clean and smelled good, very close to downtown Wichita. There was a loud guest next door to me,.but thats not the hotels fault, clean property and within walking distance to downtown, if im in Wichita again I will stay here, also very cheap for what they offer, great prices for a great hotel!

This hotel has bugs and the rooms were filthy with blood all over the room. We spoke to the front desk who showed us a second room, which also had had bugs and a filthy room with dirty toilet. We went to the front desk, who said they would refund us when we left. However, they failed to refund us and told hotels.com not to refund us. They have several reviews recently also reporting bugs. STAY AWAY from this hotel.

Everything was terrible about this hotel! From the smell, to black mold, to not having a restaurant like the website states! It really needs to be torn down! The front desk gentlemen was nice enough!
