We were not able to get the room we booked because of maintenance issues. But the Baymount across the street that you book into and operated the Travel lodge were very helpful and put us in a upgrade handicap room in their hotel. My wife and I cannot extend our gratitude enough in words for Manager and her Staff for their kindness and helpfullness towards us.

Annoying to not have check in and desk service in the building. Ice machine was a treasure hunt of bad signage and distance. Good response from Baymont desk moving me to first floor due to disability.

Did not see housekeeping entire stay, no towels, no bed made, no floor leaned, no trash emptied. North building office closed, had to check in at south building. Office staff gave me a key that did not work. They said that they had given a key to the south building room and remade key for North building room. Sloppy work

Some thing they don't tell you is you have to go across the road to check in and get your key. And if you have any questions, comments or concerns, you have to go across the street to the other motel as well. But all in all the room was very clean And that says a lot because I'm very picky. So I would recommend stay here.

When I went to have the key cards back in our check out the main entrance of the lobby was so slippery because the ice storm the night before ( we have to give them in the hotel crossing the street not in the hotel we stayed) I slipped bad and I felt a bad pain in my left lower back and I mentioned to the lady at the front desk and she just didn’t care at all 😫

Snow arrival
