The room was clean and comfortable, there was a mini fridge I could to store things and a microwave. There was no coffee maker which would have been nice but definitely won't hinder us from staying here again. The a.c kept the room very comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the wonderful young lady working the front desk but she was very helpful with fixing a reservation issue that was made through Expedia.

The room and bathroom were both clean and well supplied. The lamp in the room didn’t work and the staff immediately came to help and ended up bringing a different one to replace it. Very helpful.

We just needed to sleep on our way to the Wichita Airport and this was clean, cheap, near gas and just off the freeway! Staff was nice. Everything else was fine. Towels for shower were a bit small, but not a big deal to us. We did not eat breakfast. Wish there was a place to get water besides the vending machine, but expected for the price.

The Super 8 has to be the best bang for your buck in El Dorado. Rooms were incredibly clean, and all of the amenities were kept up with and well-maintained. I had multiple issues with the guy at the front desk double-charging my credit card for my stay. I booked and paid through Expedia, but he told me that I still needed to put my credit card on file. The next day I saw that he charged my card multiple times for the reservation that I paid for on Expedia. I spoke with another front desk rep the next day, and he assured me the funds would be sent back to my account in three business days. It’s been seven days now and still no refund.

Ample parking. Clean room. AC works well. Comfortable bed. No problems. No syrup for waffles, though. All basic features, nothing special. Nice town. Visited twice. Stayed here both times.

The fridge needed to be thawed, and the bed made noise whenever I changed positions. The filter/vents on the AC unit needed cleaned. The selection for breakfast was cereal, oatmeal or toast and milk. No juice, no waffle, no hard boiled eggs, etc.
