Everything inside is newly updated and looked and worked great. The pictures look just like the photos. The basement was a bit cooler than upstairs, but you can easily adjust the thermostat. The location is easy to get too off of Kellogg.

This was a very clean and good livable space the only problem we had was the location, it was very noisy at night especially the trains around 5am.
